"Zero stars and Lisa is a terrible business owner"
Surprised it’s taken me so long to write a review and I would give zero stars if possible. During a Saturday class my daughter was bit by a boy during parachute time. That same child bit other kids and that day and 2 more the next week.
On the following Monday Lisa called me to get my side of the story and I thought apologize but instead spent the next 25/45mins berating me on the phone and trying to preach inclusivity. I have a nonverbal autistic family member and it’s truly the last thing I needed to be taught or heard that day. She never once apologized to me or my daughter and I’ve NEVER been spoken to so POORLY by another person let alone BUSINESS OWNER. Lisa is incredibly rude and totally unprofessional. Shes a fake type of nice you should look right past. My daughter talked about being bit for months after the incident and ultimately they kicked us out because I went past both their heads and complained to cooperate about the event and the amount of dust and dirt they had for 2 years up on their rafters. (I since heard it was cleaned since they were so scared of my review)
So unprofessional and dirty, I can’t say enough bad things about them. Take what you want from this review but this was our experience and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know to stay farrrrrr and clear from them.
They also treat their employees like garbage and they had terrible staffing and turn around for new hires while we attended

"I really wanted to like Romp n Roll..."
I really wanted to like Romp n Roll more, but the location just didn’t make sense for us. It’s farther than I expected, and parking was a pain when we went. I also felt a little annoyed that the communication beforehand wasn’t super clear, so we weren’t totally sure what to expect when we got there.
The place itself seemed fine, and I can see it working well for families who live nearby. But getting there with a kid, all the stuff, and then dealing with the parking made it feel like more hassle than it was worth for us

"Scheduling That Actually Fits Our Busy Weeks"
Most weeks, I’ll sit down to book classes and it’s simple. Our schedule can get a little chaotic, so I really appreciate being able to move class times around when something comes up. There was one time I had my eye on a slot and it disappeared before I could grab it, which was a little frustrating, but that’s been the exception. Overall, scheduling has been easy and works really well for our family...

"Okay, But Not Very Educational"
It was fun here and there, I guess, but my kid didn’t seem to actually learn much from it. I’m sure it works for some people, but in our case it mostly felt like entertainment with a tiny bit of learning mixed in. Totally fine, just not really what I was hoping for

"I took my kid here last..."
I took my kid here last week and, reading between the lines, you can tell someone is at least trying to keep the place in decent shape. The floors looked like they’d been taken care of, the toys didn’t have that sticky, gross kid-place feel, and the play areas weren’t a disaster. The bathroom was okay too, though it probably could’ve used a quick check when we first got there. Not spotless or anything, but definitely cleaner than a lot of other places we’ve tried. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Promised variety, but the classes felt repetitive"
I signed up thinking there would be a lot more variety based on how they talked it up, but it felt limited. A bunch of the classes seemed like the same idea with just tiny changes, so after a few visits it started to feel repetitive. My kid did have fun here and there, so it wasn’t a total miss, but the whole “lots of options” thing felt kind of vague and overpromised. I just wish they had more clearly different themes or better age-specific choices

"Fair price and no surprises"
The pricing felt fair to me, and I really appreciated that there weren’t any random extra charges tacked on. I felt like I got what I paid for, which felt like a small win.

"Easy sign up, but I’m a little less confident now"
Signing up only took a few minutes and the steps were straightforward. I didn’t run into any weird issues, and the confirmation came through right away. The process itself was simple enough, but I’ll admit I’m not feeling as trusting as I did at the start, mostly because I’m now waiting to see if everything after signup is just as smooth

"Trusted my gut and felt good bringing my kid here"
I had a good experience here overall. I’m usually the type to trust my instinct when it comes to places for my kid, and this one felt safe right away. The play areas looked clean, everything seemed nicely padded, and the staff were actually paying attention to the kids. My only small complaint is that the entry area got a little too crowded during pickup time, but other than that, I felt comfortable bringing my child here.

"Fun Open Play, Just a Bit Crowded"
We took the kids for open play and they had such a great time. It was a little crowded, but isn’t that kind of expected when a place is fun? The kids loved running around and playing, so we’d definitely consider going back

"My son was seriously into the activities..."
My son was seriously into the activities the whole time and somehow did not get bored, which basically never happens, so I’m calling that a win for sure. The teachers were super nice and kept everything moving really well. My only tiny complaint is that the class felt a little crowded, but overall it was definitely a good experience.

"Warm staff and a good overall vibe"
My gut feeling right away was that Romp n Roll was a friendly, welcoming place. The staff greeted us as soon as we came in, were easy to talk to, and helped my kid feel comfortable quickly.
I’m giving 4 stars only because it felt a little crowded that day, but everyone was still kind and helpful. Overall, it just felt like a nice experience.

"I wouldn’t say the birthday party wasn’t..."
I wouldn’t say the birthday party wasn’t fun, but it definitely felt rushed. Everything seemed to move along really fast, and we didn’t get much time to just relax and enjoy it.

"The class was okay, but the instructor..."
The class was okay, but the instructor didn’t seem very engaged and came across distracted. My kids didn’t really connect with them, which was disappointing because we had planned our day around this and were hoping it would be a fun highlight. Instead, it felt kind of flat and ended up messing with the plans we were excited about.

"Customer service was a bit of a letdown"
I was hoping for a quicker response, but it took forever to hear back. You start to feel kind of ignored when you're waiting that long for customer service to reply.

"My kid sorta had the best time"
I took my little one to Romp n Roll and she did not want to leave. She was running around, laughing, trying everything, and just seemed so happy the whole time. It was sorta the perfect mix of easy and fun for her, which is really all I was hoping for. We’ll definitely be back.

"Nice spot for kids to make friends"
We started going there sometime in the spring, or maybe it was early summer, I can’t remember exactly. Either way, my kid ended up making friends quickly, which was really nice to see. It’s been a good place for them to feel comfortable and meet other kids.

"Pretty good party setup"
The kids seemed to have a really good time, so overall I’d say it was a solid setup. I’m not totally sure if everything went exactly as planned, but the setup felt mostly smooth and it worked well for the party.

"I think the membership is worth it"
I wasn’t totally sure at first if the membership would actually be worth it, or if I was just talking myself into it, but the price is good for how many activities you get. I’ve used it more than I expected, so I’m glad I went for it
